Mz Optimizm Speaks to Natasha Reid, Editor and Founder of FITMoney Magazine.

The year is now- 2009 approaching 2010, and the musical airwaves are infiltrated with the new sounds and blends called Hip-Hop! What happened to the Grand Master Flash and Cool Hercs in the bunch? Can it be possible that Hip-Hop has evolved to materialistic lyrics opposed to sign of the times? Is it possible that “rap” as we knew it can be restored or revised? I personally love all music, what I want to know is your views on the rap game! DJ Kool will be a guest on the Ms. OptimiZm Speaks Show Nov 6, 2009 11pm EST, he will talk about his journey in time with rap, music and where the game is going.

 Why does it feel like losing a love is the end of the world?  I mean we all know that time heals all wounds. Well that cliche’ sounds good when it is not us with the oozing lacerations!

Well what I am wondering is this- how exactly does one heal? Do you consider the time invested in a relationship that ended a waste of time? Or, do you consider it as a learning experience?  Does it mean that a spiritual blessing and door of success is going to fall upon us?  Or does it mean that; that person was placed in our lives simply to prepare us for other lifes lessons?

What is it in us, that attracts relationships that may or may not prosper and grow?  What is it in us that keeps love strong when you have done all that you can do?

Well, I came with the conclusion that will help.  To thyne own self be true! Re-evaluate your internal inventory, and check out what needs to be fixed within.  Be a soul mate to yourself so that you can recognize the external soul mate that is waiting for you some where out there.  Never search for a love, never stress out for companionships; but, accept the one that is blessed to you.

  I am not a doctor but, it does not take a rocket scientist to see that a spiritaul cleansing may be needed if one keeps attracting sh*t!!!
